Locastans Mods Updated to WoT 0.8.1

Hello out there and welcome to my debut on WorldofWar.Net.

Some of you may already know me from the WorldofTanks Modding scene and the Riveting TV special about Mods a few weeks ago. The purpose of this little entry is simply to let you know, that my Mod packages have been updated to the newest version of World of Tanks.

They are all prepared to be installed simply by using the Generic Mod Enabler. You can get it here: Generic Mod Enabler for WoT. (There is a short readme file included that explains how to set it up for WoT.)

This one contains all of my mods and some little other gems I like to have on my setup. All included mods are separated into descritive folders, so you can choose the ones you like to have.

Automatically Centered Damage Panel

This one moves the module icons and healthbar to the screen center for your convenience. Nice one to have with widescreen monitors or multimonitor setups.

Also comes with a Damage Log and nice visual for Fire warning:

There is a Version 2, which is the same as the above, but has the healthbar still on left hand side of the screen:

High Resolution Minimaps

These are much cleaner as well as more accurate and detailed than the vanilla minimaps. I am currently updating the maps for the new rendering system, as WG reworks the older maps. This means there is a combination of new awesome 8.0+ maps in there, as well as the still very awesome 7.5 minimaps I prepared before the render change. Nevertheless: Get them, you will not regret it!

It also allows for minimap increase above the enemy team roster panel on the right, so you can blow your minimap up real big.

Here is a teaser what the Sand River minimap is looking like:

In the coming future I will present some more of my mods and will also write some easy step-by-step tutorials on how to mod for World of Tanks.
