Victor and his Hunt for the Buried Spitfires of Burma

Posted 29 October 2012 by Dorjan

Victor Kislyi, CEO of Wargaming.net has backed the search for the buried Spitfires of Burma.

£155,300 ($250,000) has been given in the chance these planes are there and the risk is all on the shoulders of David Cundall. “It’s a gamble,” said Mr Kislyi happily. “We are prepared to accept the risk that there is nothing there. But it is a risk we are prepared to take because of David’s track record.”

Well, I say it’s a very cool way to spend the gold! Spitfires are damned awesome.
